Typical Antenna for IEM Transmitter is Dipole Antenna.

Due to increased usage, two or more transmitters are mounted in the rack cabinet by default.

If the transmitter’s Dipole Antenna is near, the antenna efficiency will be reduced. 

 This requires the IEM Transmitter combiner ITC-W19.

In conclusion, Transmit with single antenna having input of 4 IEM transmitter combiner.
In addition, Supply DC power to IEM transmitter if current consumption of transmitter is 500mA (using the included 1: 4 DC supply cable)
